Meduza Ink provides professional tattoo and piercing services in accordance with Florida Department of Health regulations. All services are subject to availability.
2. Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older and present valid identification to receive tattoo or piercing services, unless otherwise permitted by law.
3. Appointments & Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure appointments and is deducted from the total service cost.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice.
4. Pricing
Prices vary depending on size, complexity, and artist.
The studio minimum, session rates, and estimates are provided prior to service.
5. Health Disclosure
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before receiving a tattoo or piercing.
6. Aftercare Responsibility
Proper aftercare is essential. Meduza Ink is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
7. Touch-Ups
A complimentary touch-up may be offered within 3 months, provided the tattoo has healed properly and aftercare instructions were followed.
8. Intellectual Property
All tattoo designs, artwork, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of Meduza Ink Tattoo and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Meduza Ink Tattoo is not liable for allergic reactions, infections, or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or improper aftercare.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
